Senior Jennavieve Carmony, who goes by Jenn is a fun-loving, free-spirited individual. She’s into politics, podcasts and Indie music. She is the News Editor for the school newspaper where she is in charge of editing news stories and editing the final newspaper. Jenn has 2 amazing sisters named Lacy and Nicky, both are many years older than her with Lacy at 36 and Nicky at 40. Both sisters have been like mothers to her throughout her life. Jenn has a dog and a cat. The dog’s name is Cocoa and the cat’s name is Felix. Jenn drives a 2018 Nissan Altima which she has named Maggie. She named her car after her favorite author Margaret Atwood who also wrote her favorite book “The Handmaid’s Tale”. Outside of school, she listens to podcasts, her favorite podcast is called Hoax. They look back on historic events that turned out to be false. Her favorite band is Coin, Coin is an indie-pop-rock band. She loved the band so much that she tried to buy tickets to one of their concerts but sadly ordered too late. Throughout her high school career, Jenn has been a part of Speech and Debate, Scholar Bowl and Model UN. Last year she was the head of Women’s Issues Now and was a part of Young Democrats. Jenn hopes to join Young Democrats’ and Women's Issues Now again this year.
