Katelyn Smith, Spotlight Section Editor
Junior Katelyn Smith is a Section Editor for Spotlights. Smith decided to take Newspaper because she wanted to have a class with her friend, junior Destinee Davis and because she likes to write.
Smith has three older brothers: Jacob Smith, who is 20 years old; Zachery Smith, who is 22 years old and Jordan Smith who is 29 years old. She has one cat named Phoebe. Smith likes to listen to artists like Frank Ocean, Tyler the Creator and Daniel Caesar.
“My favorite song is probably Shut Up My Mom’s Calling by Hotel Ugly,” Smith said.
Smith also finds the colors blue, green and purple to be her favorites.
