Sophomore Brodie Hutton is the News and Sports Section Editor for the Bell, and he is currently entering his second year on The Bell’s staff.    

   Hutton originally joined this class last year because he wanted an activity to get involved in and connected with through the school. 

    “I thought the idea was pretty interesting and I like to write so I figured it would just be something to do,” Hutton said.   

   Little did Hutton know how much he would end up enjoying the class and the people he met through it. 

 “It’s just nice to be a part of something that’s making something and it’s cool to say “Oh I wrote a story in our school newspaper,'' Hutton said. 

   While Hutton is very passionate about writing, it isn’t the only thing that he enjoys doing. He enjoys playing video games with his friends, reading comic books, and watching movies and football in his spare time. 

   Hutton has also set a lot of goals for himself this year in school that he is hoping to upkeep all throughout the year. “I would like to achieve at least a 3.7 GPA and cut down on the amount of late assignments I usually have,” Hutton said.
