Sophomore Iyari Hyde enters her second year in Newspaper as the photo equipment manager whose job entails organizing and maintaining the photography equipment, giving advice to less experienced photographers and overseeing the status and maintenance of cameras and other tools.

   “I am most excited to help the other photographers be more experienced with the cameras so that they automatically know what to do.”

   In her free time, Hyde enjoys cooking, baking, working out and cleaning. She took this class initially so that she could be in photojay with her sister, senior Coryanka Hyde, but went with Newspaper instead due to the class being full and hasn’t regretted her decision since.
