Last DIY project

My family’s moving right now, so we’re doing a lot of DIY-ing around the house. I bought a bunch of vinyl records of my favorite bands and I took all of the records out and painted a couple of them. Then I took the covers off them, framed them and painted the frames. I’m not a very crafty person. It probably didn’t turn out great, but it was fun.

Last injury I had

I play in a men’s indoor soccer league. I’ve played soccer since I was 6 years old, so I jump at the chance to play any time I get. I’m the only girl, and I had a soccer game about two or three weeks ago where this big man and I collided. I fell, he did not and it hurt the whole side of my body. I swear I fractured my ribs because he was around 250 pounds. I actually played on a men’s team when I was a freshman in high school for a while, so I am used to getting shoved around by the guys. I have a ton of fun playing.

Last “aha” moment

I’m not a very observant person, so I have ‘aha’ moments a lot. I had an ‘aha’ moment last night at dinner when I realized it was buy-one-get-one-free boneless wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. I didn’t know what that meant, so I ordered 12 wings and they brought me 24.

Last class I took

I just graduated from Mizzou in May of 2018. One of the last classes I took was a major author’s course over Franz Kafka. In Mizzou, I was a Secondary Education Major with a minor in English, Theatre and a Multicultural certificate, so I got to do a ton of fun stuff during my time there.

Last time I laughed

The last time I laughed really hard was probably last night. I went out to dinner with two of my friends from college who were are back home for Christmas break. They’re both just really funny dudes and they always make me laugh.
