Senior, Leila Aganovic, has learned through devotion to her work what takes many people years to master, organization, “So I use a planner and after I'm given deadlines for each class I try to write it down so I can stay organized, I also try to make sure that I get at least some work done on each assignment each night,” Aganovic said, “I also plan according to when each one is due and most recently so if one is due the next day I'll spend more time on it beforehand instead of something that’s due at the end of the week.” Aganovic artfully organizes her tasks to stay ahead of her work and due dates. With her natural organization skills, no wonder her drive to succeed is so prominent.

“I'm really motivated to earn good grades, make my parents proud, to get into a really good college and study psychology to one day become a psychologist,” Aganovic said, Agonovic is, as one might think, someone who is a master of many diligent tasks and dreams. Agonvic has time to read her fantasy books and novels and even write on her own time.

The amount of work Agonovic does appear overwhelming, but her support system helps her throughout it all, “Sometimes my friends will look at me and admire some of my traits like how responsible I am, or they'll say that they’ll wonder how I can earn such good grades,” Agonovic said. “I think that it’s really nice to me to have someone recognize my achievements and hard work,” Agonovic has a support system that sees her for who she truly is, through thick and thin, they seem to always support and uplift her.

It’s no wonder that Agonovic can stay uplifted and ahead when people are there to always allow her to shine light on her achievements.
