Kaiya Lynch

Kaiya Lynch, Editor-in-Chief

   Senior Kaiya Lynch takes the position as the Editor-in-Chief, Copy Editor and Design Editor of The Bell Newspaper. Lynch has throughly enjoyed her time working in journalism, specifically with newspaper. 

“I originally wanted to do journalism for a career, but once joining newspaper and taking a workshop at Mizzou for advertising/public relations, I realized I wanted to go into strategic communications” Lynch said. 

   Lynch finds motivation in the work she has done and applies herself in and out of school. She hopes to pursue her dream in a variety of fields and is always striving to create her own future. Lynch's time in high school has helped create a foundation for her future. 

“I want to get a good job, do something I love and hopefully earn good pay,” Lynch said. 

   Lynch plans to attend college and pursue a career in strategic communications and business. She is involved in numerous clubs and extracurriculars. Leadership positions include: President of FBLA and Co-Director and Marketing/Public Relations Director of Kintsugi. She works for the Teen Council Division at Nelson-Atkins Museum of Arts and owns a small business, Cayenne Creations, that stemmed from her love of marketing and arts and crafts. 

 “I have a lot of motivation; I’m very passionate about writing and connecting to people. My desire to create keeps me motivated,” Lynch said.
